SaaS-Visitor Management Integration

Product From Brivo Systems, Inc

Brivo Systems’ ACS WebService Software as a Service (SaaS) access control solution has been integrated with Jolly Technology’s Lobby Track visitor management software. The integration enables end-users to issue access control credentials directly from the Lobby Track visitor management system and assign credentials to visitors, contractors and employees. The implementation is seamless and configuration requires only the entry of the customer’s Brivo account name and password into the Lobby Track system. The visitor management system accommodates the fast registration of visitors through a driver’s license scan and a watch list check. A custom visitor badge is automatically printed, the visitor’s host is notified, and a log of each visit is recorded.

OnSite Aparato

Product From Brivo Systems, Inc

Brivo Systems LLC has announced the ACS OnSite Aparato, a full-featured appliance-based access control solution with built-in security features. The solution's Trusted Platform Module (TPM), compliant with ISO Standard 11889, securely stores passwords, digital keys and certificates directly in the system. The TPM, standard in every system, is a hardware-backed software integrity verification function with fully encrypted data storage, employing the government's Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256. Use of this standard enhances security and ensures data is safe from both software attacks and physical theft. Other features include offering fully integrated badging, elevator control and video integration.

WebService customers can remotely view access event-tagged and live video in any Web browser, with the assurance that all access and video data storage and archiving are securely managed in the supplier's SAS 70-certified data centers. The service supports up to four cameras per location or broadband connection, and an unlimited number of total cameras for a WebService account. Since the Service supports multiple access control locations simultaneously, all cameras can be viewed from a single, centrally-managed account or from any browser with an Internet connection.

OnSite XE

Product From Brivo Systems, Inc

Brivo's OnSite XE, or "Extended Edition," scales up to 750 readers and can work across multiple locations, making it ideal for a campus environment. The Dashboard screen, showing system activity and providing one-click controls like buzz-through, enables administrators to keep system-wide control from a single screen, and the Lockdown button appears across all screens to keep it in full view in the event of an emergency.
